A client from abroad was looking for a flat for her adult son, who works in Vienna as a young professional at the start of his career. The requirements: a separate bedroom, an open-plan kitchen and living room, good condition, an affordable price.
What we did
- Found a suitable flat through our partner network: around 50 m², newly renovated, in the 19th district.
- Negotiated price and terms with the seller.
- Agreed that the seller would wait for the required official approval.
- Supported the purchase through to completion.
Outcome
The purchase was completed. The client is already looking for a second flat with us.
What we take from it
If you need an approval to buy, you also need a seller who will wait for it. That can be negotiated.
