For sale: an operating natural stone trading business, including stock, equipment and customer base. The business premises are leased. The lease is only available together with the business takeover.

The business sources natural stone from Zhytomyr and Italy. Orders come through its own website and from stonemasons, funeral homes and kitchen studios in Vienna. Processing and installation are carried out by partner companies; no stone processing machinery of your own is required.

The owner runs the business alone and has no employees. If you wish, you can hire an assistant: a candidate with industry experience and fluent German is available.

Purchase price and handover. Total purchase price (transfer fee, "Ablöse"): EUR 120,000 net. EUR 65,000 is payable at handover. A further EUR 55,000 is intended for the remaining stock; payment is planned from its sale within six months. Payment terms and the handling of unsold goods will be agreed in the purchase contract. The seller values the inventory handed over at EUR 130,250 net according to the inventory list.

The seller accompanies the handover on site for one month and then remains available for questions for at least three months.

According to the seller's model calculation, with active advertising and the owner working in the business, the monthly surplus is around EUR 2,500 after operating costs and before taxes. The basis of calculation and financial documents will be disclosed after signing a confidentiality agreement.
